The hotel restaurant was terrific as well as the breakfast. Had a wonderful large room with a balcony. Very clean. Quite loud with traffic due to being next to the busy road through town. |

Absolutely everything. One of the best hotels i've ever been to. Staff where wonderful, the location is breath-taking, the rooms imaculate. Road noise was hardly any to be honest, so no complaints about that. |

Very convenient to public transportation (across street from Rathaus bus stop) to and from castles and train station. Friendly staff, good breakfast selection. Comfortable and rustic-style rooms. |

The room was great, with a door separating the entry/bath area from the bedroom. This helped reduce noise from the hallway. Our balcony had a view of Neuschwanstein castle and the mountains. Very good restaurant. Very nice. The street was a bit noisy till quite late. Parking could be tricky if there are a lot of dinner guests, too. Internet access is limited to a single computer in the lobby. |

Great value, clean rooms, great food, excellent local beer choice, well situated for the castles and cable car. One of the best all round hotels I've had the pleasure of staying in. Bed comfort wasn't great although I can't quite put my finger on why. Very hard but also creaky. That said length was ideal for a tall person such as myself. Don't let this minor criticism put you off though. Only other problem for some people would be road noise which was loud with the windows opened. |
